Where do Soilse Pharmacy deliver to?

We deliver solely to the Republic of Ireland

Our Delivery Times:

We aim to deliver between 2-5 working days***. We do not deliver or process orders over the weekend or public holidays, any order placed after 12pm on Friday will only be processed on the following Monday. Although we are working extremely hard to get your parcel to you, these delivery times are not guaranteed.

***Please Expect Delays during and leading up to the Christmas Period, for deliveries prior to or for Christmas last orders are the 18th December. Delivery will take place with Fastway.

Delivery Charges:

If you spend €45 or over you will get FREE shipping.

If you spend under €45 you will be charged a €4.99 delivery fee.
 

Click and Collect:

Click and collect is FREE. Please allow up to three working days for your order to be available. We will send you a text message when your click and collect order is ready in the store you have selected. If you have any questions regarding your click and collect order contact us on: 071 962 7775

Important Information:

Please note it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct and that the package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery is not possible due to one of the two items listed above and the package is returned to us you will have to repay your delivery fee in order for us to ship your package out to you again. Please make sure you enter all information correctly before placing an order as we prioritise fast turn around for deliveries so it may not be possible to amend your delivery information at a later date.

If incorrect or incomplete postage information is given and your package is returned to the Soilse Pharmacy, we will only reship the package once the additional shipping fee is paid. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to Soilse Pharmacy a restocking fee of €5 will be deducted from your refunded amount. 

We use reliable delivery and postal services however if any delays or failure to deliver any parcel in the estimated time frame occurs, we will not be liable.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately of any delays this may cause.

Please note we may share your shipping information including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order number to our delivery services in order for your parcel to reach you efficiently.
